2003 Annual General Meeting of OKDIA
The Meeting will be held in Fort Aguada, Goa, India on Tuesday April 1 at 16:00
Agenda
- To receive the committee reports and annual accounts for the year up to 31 December 2002.
- (a) To elect the following officers and members of the committee:
President
Vice-President, Northern Hemisphere
Webmaster
(b) To record changes in the composition of the technical committee.
- Appointment of an auditor.
- Membership subscriptions
- The following proposals have been received from the British Association:
- Proposed rule changes to be put to the AGM in Goa.
- Reduce minimum permissible hull weight to 71Kg from April 2004 (as a first step to an eventual reduction to 65Kg by 2020).
- Increase maximum corrector weights permissible to 10Kg from April 2004 (in preparation for gradual reduction of the hull weight).
- Allow foam core to centreboards and rudders from April 2004 (to reduce their cost).

Proposed change to the OKDIA constitution:
(a) Reduce the length of races at the Worlds to as near 75 minutes as possible and increase the number of races to 2 per day i.e. 10. For 2004 Worlds.
- Proposed rule changes to be put to the AGM in Goa.
